Tamas Maxi - music

I bought my first mixer in 1999 when I was 15. This guy is mostly acknowledged now by museum visitors, but I truly loved it. However my story goes back to year 1984, when I was born.
I inherited the DJ gens from my dad, who used to twist the chrome-dioxide cassettes together with the vinyl. As my dad was also a DJ, I was listening to a lot of different styles of music in my childhood. Even if I did not want to, I heard the music from my parents’ room. But I do not mind, because they were awesome songs. I loved the evergreen rock and rolls, the bests from the retro disco and some rare treasures.

At the age of 15 I became a necessary party “equipment” to my friends. These friends of mines became my first audience.
I gained the first professional experiences in the local club at the age of 17. They taught me the technical mixing and showed me guidance. I visited this club every weekend, and was watching the star DJs playing only couple of meters from me. I felt the art of DJ-ing right away; it was love at first sight and audition.

My first residence took place in Budapest, I was doing gigs in different university parties, and with them I started to get into the nightlife of this amazing capital city. At that time I was in to mainstream house, funky, RnB and hip-hop styles.
In 2010 a friend of mine asked me if I would be their DJ on their wedding. They used to visit (and still do) my parties what they loved and thought that they want to bring back those moments with me. It was an honour to me and I said a definite YES.

On my first wedding gig I felt something more and different - I felt my childhood while spinning the old-school hits form my dad. It was just awesome. I knew that this is the area I would like to further explore. I love it, because I can be more creative with a wider selection, I can bring up sweet memories from everybody’s life, and being at a wedding feels amazing. Starting from my very first wedding I received more and more invitations. Today I am continuously expanding my knowledge and experiences in weddings. I am giving special attention to quality equipment, unique ideas and solutions and to create personalized memories for each and every couple. This is your BIG DAY, let it be the best party in your life!

I still love every moment of a night. I am an accurate and reliable person, I have proactive skills and professional attitude. My full and proper audio and visual techniques meet high demands.
